Scripture
Psalm 139:14
I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.
Fearfully and Wonderfully Made
A short reflection to help you apply God's Word.
David marveled at how carefully God had formed him, knitting him together before he was born. You were not an accident or an afterthought. The God who made the stars took care in making you. That does not mean everything about you is finished; God is still shaping you. But your worth does not come from your appearance, your success or anyone's approval. It comes from the One who made you and called His work marvelous.
Affirmation

Creator God, thank You for making me with such care. Forgive me for the times I have despised what You made. Help me to see myself as You see me and to use the gifts You have given me for Your glory today. In Jesus' name, Amen.
