James gives a simple instruction for anyone who lacks wisdom: ask God. And he describes how God responds: He giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not. God does not scold us for not knowing what to do. He is a generous Father who delights to guide His children. Whatever decision is in front of you today, bring it to Him before you bring it to anyone else. Ask in faith, and expect Him to answer.
